ADVISORY
BOARD
The purpose of “The Prince Dimitri Romanov
Charity Fund”, which was established in spring 2006, is to help people in need. The establishment of the Fund reflects the will of Prince
Dimitri Romanov, the founder of the Fund, to find new possibilities for
his humanitarian
activities in Russia and the CIS.
The main obligation of the Advisory
Board is to ensure general control of the implementation of the charity
programmes and projects as well as of the application of the financial means.
The Advisory Board assembles once a year in an open session to discuss
questions pertinent to the implementation of the charity programmes and reports
about the
activities of the Fund to the Founders.
The members of the Advisory Board perform their functions on a voluntary basis and strictly
adhere to the principle of confidentiality of any and all private information
that has come to their knowledge through their participation in
the activities of the Board.
