the below referred to as the Trademark)represents the
coat of
arms of the Romanov Family. The coat of arms bears the
name of Prince Dimitri Romanov,
is surmounted by the Imperial Crown and encircled by a tricoloured ribbon.
This trademark is a personal creation
by Prince Dimitri and
is registered in Russia under
the cathegories/classes of products №№ 30, 32, 33
and
36.
The property rights of
the trademark belong to The Prince
Dimitri Romanov Charity Fund.
The Fund is chaired by Prince Dimitri
Romanov

The Prince Dimitri Romanov Charity Fund Trademark may be
granted to a legal person upon
signature of an appropriate agreement and legal registration.
After this procedure a company (enterprise, firm) obtains the right to use the trademark
on the products approved. The aim of this project is to make the
consumer - as well the producer - part of the charity activities : by purchasing
a
product bearing this trademark the buyer becomes part of a charity
project, as all revenues from the trademark will be allocated to charity
purposes.
The signing of the agreement to the rights
for using the trademark as outlined above as well as participating in a charity action or programme may
take place in a solemn atmosphere and be highlighted by the media. It is envisaged
that Prince Dimitri may personally take part in the presentation of large and
more important projects.
As all information and proposals are considered by Prince Dimitri personally,
a
reply may be subject to some delay.
